The inspiration behind the artwork.
I would spend hours at work coding and come home and do the same thing. Sometimes I would start coding when the sun was out and I’d spend so much time coding that by the time I’d finish I didn’t realize it was dark.
The code in the dark areas represent the time I spent coding and the dark circle is the sun.
The sun is black to represent the time that elapsed and me not noticing it was gone.
The plant is me.
Realizing I need to get outside and away from all the digital life and I need to connect with physical reality.
Connecting with nature by going for hour long walks or runs at a local park.
“Touch Grass” is a powerful reminder to break free from screens and immerse ourselves in the beauty of the outside world.
Spend time outdoors.
